Artist Description
Kim Martell, a member of the official Numark DJ Team is known for his hard and brutal Break- and Bigbeattracks. Coming from the Housescene, Martell changes his personal production Sound to extraterrestrial Drum- and Basslines. A pure Hardcore Ruffneck, but Loveparade DJ. He signed on Numark's N-traxx label in June 2001.

A romantic drum n bass tune? Sounds interesting. The track starts with a minor piano track and something like a toy sax followed by the beat. Next you will hear a collection of fx sounds noting in common with "romance" but nice to listen to.

Kim Martell, the Slim Shady of Drum n Bass is back again. Hard, ruff energy loaded beats with a lot of filtering that need to played at high volume. From a production point of view a very nice production.

Kim started with DJing in 1999 and decided to leave the houseproductions behind. So he started with producing bad, bad Bigbeat in 2000. "Acid Jesus" is wellknown all over the web. First release "After Dark" in July/September 2001.
