beatmaka.com is dedicated to quality music. We accept tracks that accomplish the following standards:

We hosts a variety of styles. From handmade to computer music, from r&b to drum n' bass. We don't prefer one style over another and your music doesn't have to fit into any corset. It just has to sound good!
Your music has to be recorded properly. This concerns folks using real instruments as well as studio geeks torturing their effect machines.
Please brew your favorit tee or coffee, lie back for five minutes and ask yourself "do I personally love my music?", because realistically, if you don't love your music, how can you expect anyone else too?

ARTIST AGREEMENT

This Artist Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual artist or the legal authorized representative of a group artist) and beatmaka.com ("beatmaka") regarding the use and distribution of your materials through the beatmaka.com website. If you are agreeing on behalf of a group artist to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, each reference to "you" in this Agreement shall refer to each member of the group or the group as a whole, as applicable.

Your Materials. For purposes of this Agreement, "Materials" means (i) sound recordings and/or audiovisual works of your vocal and musical performances (whether performed by you alone or accompanied by others); (ii) the musical compositions (including music lyric) embodied in such recordings, audio-visual works or other works; (iii) multimedia works provided by you to beatmaka.com, and (iv) your name(s) (both legal and professional), trademarks, trade names, likenesses, photographs, biographical materials and all other graphic and/or textual material provided by you to beatmaka.com.

General Terms

Copyright. You shall at all times retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Materials, including, without limitation, the copyrights therein and thereto.

Name, Likeness and Biographical Material. You grant to beatmaka.com the right to use your name(s), approved likeness(es) and approved biographical materials in connection with the distribution, exploitation, promotion, marketing and advertising of the beatmaka site and Materials.

Artist Warranty. You hereby represent and warrant to beatmaka.com that (i) you have the rights and licenses granted by you herein; (ii) you may upload Material only if you own all copyrights or have the written permission of the copyright holder(s) free from all fees and royalties. If you have a contract with a record company then you have given the distribution rights to that record company and may not upload the material without the prior written permission of that record company.

Copyright/Ownership Disputes. In the case of copyright or ownership disputes, beatmaka recommends that disputing parties resolve issues directly. Upon discovery of infringement or copyright violations, beatmaka will remove all materials in violation. beatmaka reserves the right to decide whether to terminate the user's account.

Monitoring Materials. beatmaka.com has no obligations with respect to the content of the Materials provided by you hereunder, including, but not limited to, any duty to review, edit or monitor any content in the Materials.

Termination. Without limiting beatmaka.com's right to remove Materials from the beatmaka site, beatmaka.com has no implied obligation to promote or distribute the Materials in any particular manner or in any minimum quantities, insofar as either party may terminate this Agreement with respect to some or all of the Materials for convenience at any time upon 7 days' written notice. Either party may terminate this Agreement for default upon 30 days' written notice provided that such default is not cured within such 30 day period.

By accepting, You guarantees beatmaka.com that all uploaded material is free from 3rd party copyrights. beatmaka.com will not be liable for damages caused by the distribution of any uploaded material by you. Only you are responsible and liable.

Should you have any questions concerning this Agreement, or if you desire to contact beatmaka.com for any reason, including, without limitation, for purposes of notifying beatmaka.com of any claims of infringement, please contact: legal@beatmaka.com.

I agree to the terms and conditions stated above, and as outlined in the Agreement.

Please notice that beatmaka.com doesn't feel obliged to publish your music. We're allowed to terminate the relation at any time.
